Email plugin in form

I would like to give many thanks first for this Free app and your full support.

It is my first time using this open source and not well familiar with some features to configure especially the coding part. So Please if you could assist me on the Email Plug-in in Form to be able to submit a copied or notified email to assigned staff emails. Also to provide me with sample configured Email Plug-ins forms please.
